At Gosling Sports we pride ourselves on the broad range of activities on offer at the park for people of all ages. Our 50+ sessions are designed for a low to medium intensity workout, focused on body conditioning and muscular strength. Our popular Turn up and Play sports sessions will allow you to enjoy a game with other like-minded active people.
Medium to low intensity cardiovascular workout, consisting of warm up various of moves/routines/ body conditioning and cool down. All over body workout for cardiovascular and muscular strength.
A medium intensity Aerobic workout with the use of equipment consisting of warm up/ aerobic moves with the use of a step/ and Muscular strength and conditioning exercises with the use of weights.
Love Badminton but struggle to find friends to play with? Our Turn Up and Play sessions may be just for you! Come along and enjoy a game with like-minded people and make new friends!
