Cardio Tennis is one of the country's fastest growing cardiovascular fitness activities.

If you want to play some tennis and get exercise at the same time, why not come along and try one of our sessions;

Monday 1 - 2pm
Monday 7 - 8pm
Wednesday 8 - 9pm
Friday 12 - 1pm
Saturday 9 - 10am
