Operations Assistant – competitive salary plus benefits

Reporting to the Duty Manager this post provides support to other departments and ensures that high standards of safety, hygiene and presentation are met at all times. A good general education, proven communication skills and the ability to use own initiative as well as being able to work successfully as part of a team are all essential criteria for this role.

This is a full time position working a shift pattern which includes earlies, lates and weekends and is ideal for those wishing to begin a career in the leisure industry.

Trampoline Coaches- £6-£15 depending on qualification.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified level 3 coach to join our expanding programme and take our enthusiastic and committed juniors to the next level. Must be available to coach Friday late afternoon /early evening and other sessions are available.

We would also like to hear from other qualified coaches who are interested in joining our coaching team.

Catering Supervisor £7.00/hour

Churchill Catering are seeking an Catering Supervisor to join their team based at Gosling Sports Park.

The main responsibilities include supervising the ‘on-shift’ team and the day to day running of the facility ensuring the highest standards of customer service, hygiene and quality are provided. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) working 5/7 days.

Go Kids Leader- £6 an hour

This is a great opportunity for an experienced level 1 coach (any sport) to join our expanding holiday programme. Candidates need to be confident in coordinating and running a variety of sports and games for participants ages 5-14 years. Must be available to coach throughout the summer holiday’s from 8.30-4pm Monday to Friday.
We would also like to hear from candidates with a child care back ground who would be interested in working with the younger age groups (3-4yrs)

Gosling Gymnastics Club Head Coach (Recreational programme)

£10-15 depending on experience and qualifications

Gosling Gymnastics Club are looking to recruit a motivated, committed and experienced British Gymnastics level 2 or 3 qualified coach. We are looking for someone with the potential and motivation to develop the current programme, increase participation and run a safe secure gymnastics centre at all times. The programme caters for 4years up to adults.

Currently the hours are Monday & Wednesday 4-6pm Tuesday 4-10pm and Thursday 4-6.30pm with the option to increase these hours to include some daytime pre-school, schools bookings and disability sessions. We are also open to coaches building up their own one on one client base as part of this position.

Gosling Gymnastics Club Head Coach (Squad programme)

£10-15 depending on experience and qualifications

Gosling Gymnastics Club is looking to recruit a motivated, committed and experienced British Gymnastics level 2 or 3 qualified coach. We are looking for someone with competition experience preferably from an artistic qualification background to deliver, develop and expand the current squad programme and talent within it.
Working as part of the Sports Development team and leading Gosling Gymnastics Club, this active role is involved in the development and talent identification of participants as well as working towards competitions and grading’s.
The Club’s gymnasts age from 4 to 14 years and are currently competing in lower level completions within Hertfordshire and the Eastern Region. We are looking for an experienced and competitive coach to take the club to the next level and improve our position/awareness within the community and competitive position.
As they stand the hours are Monday & Wednesday 4-6pm Tuesday and Thursday 4-7.30pm with the option to increase these hours to include some daytime pre school, schools bookings and disability sessions these are all optional and can be built into this position on casual bases.

Assistant Gymnastics Coach £7.50ph

Gosling Gymnastics Club is seeking a motivated, committed and enthusiastic British Gymnastics level 1 qualified coach to assist with our Gymnastics programme. We are looking for someone to inspire and motivate Gymnasts & develop their love for the sport. Optional classes include Monday & Wednesday 4-6pm and Tuesday and Thursday 4-6.30pm.
The Club’s gymnasts range from age 4 to 13 years and work towards British Gymnastics certificates and awards. As an assistant Coach you will work under the supervision of the Club/Head Coach and will need to think of new and inspiring ways of keeping participants engaged in their sessions using British Gymnastics Skills and progressions.
Proof of qualification and references well be required for shortlisted candidates, as will proven identification and the completion of a satisfactory DBS check.

Assistant Trampoline Coach £7.50ph

Gosling Trampoline Club is seeking a motivated, committed and enthusiastic British Gymnastics level 1 trampoline qualified coach to assist with our trampoline programme. We are looking for someone to inspire and motivate participants & develop their love for the sport. Candidates must be available on a Friday 4.30-7pm but will also have the option of working weekend trampoline parties should they choose to do so.
The Club’s participants range from age 4 to 15 years and vary from beginners to more advance participants. As an assistant Coach you will work under the supervision of the Club/Head Coach and will need to think of new and inspiring ways of keeping participants engaged in their sessions. Proof of qualification and references well be required for shortlisted candidates, as will proven identification and the completion of a satisfactory DBS check.
